5 Days to Go, 3 Ways to Help

Dear Friend,

First of all, thank you for the incredible outpouring of support from our last email. It's because of your support and dedication to our grassroots campaign that we have been able to coalesce public safety and education groups because they agree - education is the key to our future and public safety.

Since we asked you for “10 minutes, 10 friends,” our Facebook page and campaign website traffic has surged with activity.

But, as I mentioned, our race remains too close to call. A plurality of voters are undecided and the campaign that does the best job communicating to these voters will win. I can only do this with your help.

5 Days to Go, 3 Ways to Help

With 5 days to go, here are the 3 ways you can help my campaign make education a civil right for all students:

1.    Donate your Facebook profile picture to our movement by using the Avatar above from now until Election Day.

2.    Donate your Facebook status update by posting “I’m voting for Alberto Torrico for Attorney General” from now until Election Day.

3.    Donate $10 to our campaign. We are less than $10,000 from purchasing time on news stations like MSNBC that will help us air our campaign spot.

I’m running for Attorney General because I know the true spirit of California opportunity and optimism is nurtured in great schools, not failed prisons. And, I know that together we can make this vision a reality.
